Currently, bakery “Mentora” is one of the biggest and most popular bakeries in the country.

In order to satisfy the growing demand of our baked wares, we have built a new and almost the most modern bakery in the Baltic States where up to 100 tonnes of baked wares can be produced per day.
Paying great attention to the most advanced production technologies, we also do not forget and cherish old bread baking traditions, constantly concern about the improvement of the qualification of our production technologists. A number of houses in the villages have been visited, a number of old recipes were written down in order to provide our customers with real and delicious taste of bread. Our exceptional bread products include “Ajerų”, “Grūdinė”, “Gardžioji su saulėgrąžomis”,”Sumuštinių sėlenomis” breads. Bread ”Ajerų” is exceptional due to its original recipe. It is baked on calamus just like in old days and is characterized by amazing bunch of aromas. “Grūdinė” - 100% rye-bread - is of both dark and light colours and is made for real gourmets. … one of the most demanded types of bread which is characterized by the combination of simplicity and originality.
